DCDI series intelligent battery discharge monitor is specially designed for aircraft, ship, power, telecommunication, railway, battery production enterprises or other industries to carry out check discharge experiment, capacity test, battery daily maintenance, engineering acceptance and other DC power carrying capacity test on battery pack (24V, 27V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 270V, 400V, 600V). With the latest wireless communication technology, the battery discharge process can be monitored in real time by PC monitoring software.
The power consumption part of the DCDI intelligent battery discharge monitor uses MOSFET as the discharge load, completely avoiding the red hot phenomenon, safe, reliable and pollution-free, small size, light weight, and easy to move. The system is controlled by microprocessor, LCD, Chinese and English menu switching. The discharge current can be set continuously in 0.1A (0a-300a). Discharge parameters can be input by keyboard or set by computer. After all kinds of discharge parameters are set, the whole constant current discharge process is automatically completed. Fully intelligent. Make the whole discharge process safer. It can generate various curves, column charts, reports, etc. which can directly reflect the performance of the battery, and can be enlarged, inquired and printed.
