According to the experience of high-power pulse power supply, if the parameter setting is not correct, the frequency converter will not work normally.

1. Parameter setting

Common frequency converter, generally factory, manufacturers have a default value for each parameter, these parameters are called factory values. In the case of these parameter values, the user can operate normally in the panel operation mode, but the panel operation does not meet the requirements of most transmission systems. Therefore, before the user uses the inverter correctly, the following aspects should be taken into consideration in the inverter parameters:

(1) Confirm the motor parameters. The frequency converter sets the power, current, voltage, speed and maximum frequency of the motor in the parameters. These parameters can be directly obtained from the motor nameplate.


(2) The control mode adopted by the frequency converter is speed control, torque control, PID control or other modes. After the control mode is adopted, static or dynamic identification is generally required according to the control accuracy.

(3) Set the starting mode of the frequency converter. Generally, the frequency converter is set to start from the panel at the time of delivery. The user can choose the starting mode according to the actual situation, such as panel, external terminal, communication mode, etc.

(4) Given the choice of signal, the frequency of general inverter can be given in various ways, panel, external, external voltage or current, communication mode, of course, the frequency of the inverter can also be the sum of one or more of these ways. After the above parameters are set correctly, the inverter can basically work normally. If you want to get better control effect, you can only modify the relevant parameters according to the actual situation.


2. Treatment of parameter setting faults

Once a parameter setting fault occurs, the frequency converter can not operate normally. Generally, the parameters can be modified according to the instructions. If not, it is recommended that all parameters of Xi'an intermediate frequency power supply can be restored to the factory value, and then reset according to the above steps. For each company's inverter, the method of parameter restoration is also different.
