    1、 Introduction

    The bxmj series battery controller can charge the battery pack by changing the 28V DC power supply and 115V, 400Hz AC power supply, and upload the battery capacity status, low capacity alarm, battery overheat alarm and other parameters to the PSP in real time.



    2、 Technical parameters

    1. Input voltage 1: dc28 ± 10%;

    6. Input power supply / output power supply Description: when the battery controller works, it has the function of DC 28V power input priority; when the controller fails, it can ensure that the load will not be damaged;

    7. Ground battery over discharge protection function: when the electric equipment is on the ground, when the remaining capacity of the battery is not less than 35% of the rated capacity, the battery power supply control port will give an open circuit signal and disconnect the battery power supply

    Contactor. In any other case, the battery power supply control port gives 28V DC signal. When the fault of battery controller is detected, the controller automatically switches to 28V power supply output;

    8. Charging control mode for 28V power supply: two-stage charging mode is adopted for control; in the first stage, constant current and voltage limit (constant charging current of battery 15a) is adopted for charging the battery, when the capacity reaches 85%

    Above, it can be switched to the second stage constant voltage current limiting charging (constant voltage value 28.5V).

    When 115V power supply is used on the equipment: the first stage uses constant current 10A to charge the battery, when the capacity reaches more than 85%, it can be converted to the second stage constant voltage current limiting charging (constant voltage 28.5V);

    9. Capacity detection: the charge and discharge controller has detection function, with capacity detection accuracy of - 7% ± 3%;

    10. Warning: battery capacity is lower than (40%), battery overtemperature (when battery temperature is higher than 71 ℃ ± 3 ℃);

    11. RS422A bus communication function, communication with power supply processor (PSP), communication data including battery current, voltage, temperature and capacity;

    12. With self check function

    13. The testability is 85%, and the sampling error can be corrected;
