    1、 Introduction



    Through 28V DC power supply and single-phase 115V, 400Hz AC power supply, the controller is responsible for providing charge and discharge control, capacity detection, low battery capacity alarm and



    Overheating alarm. Airborne 28V DC power supply is preferred.




    2、 Application scope



    This series of battery controller is an airborne charger developed by our company for a certain type of helicopter, which has been matched in small batch in the military.

    1. The whole machine has the characteristics of light weight, small volume, stable charging, high efficiency, safety and reliability;



    2. It can switch between floating charge and equalizing charge automatically, and has the protection functions of battery reverse connection, output short circuit, output overload, etc.

    1. Input power: 115VAC / 400Hz (108v-118v), 28vdc (22v-30v);



    2. Maximum output voltage: 30.8v;



    3. Maximum output power: the maximum output current of 28V input is 15A; the maximum output current of 115V input is 10A;



    4. Maximum weight: 2.4kg;



    5. Power converter efficiency: no less than 85%;



    6. Input power supply / output power supply Description: when the battery controller is working, it has the function of DC 28V power input priority; when the controller is in fault, it can ensure that the load will not be damaged;



    7. Charging output: when there is 28V power supply on the machine, the charging output will charge the battery with 15A constant current, and the maximum charging output voltage is 30.8v; after the battery enters the constant current state, the output voltage



    With the change of battery voltage; when there is no DC 28vdc input, use the on-board AC 115V power supply to output 28.5V DC voltage, output current 10A, and output DC voltage when the load current is greater than 10A



    Follow the battery voltage drop. The output has over-voltage protection (32V) and current limiting protection function (the maximum current limiting value of the controller is 15a);



    8. Over discharge protection function of ground battery: when the residual capacity of the battery is less than 35% of the rated capacity, the battery power supply control port will give an open circuit signal and disconnect the battery power supply contact



    Device. In any other case, the battery power supply control port gives 28V DC signal. When the fault of battery controller is detected, the controller automatically switches to 28V power supply output;



    9. Charging control mode for 28V power supply: two-stage charging mode is adopted for control; in the first stage, constant current and voltage limit (constant charging current of battery 15a) is adopted to charge the battery to ensure the battery floats



    The capacity shall not be less than 85% under charging state; when the capacity is more than 85%, it can be switched to the second stage constant voltage current limiting charging (constant voltage value 28.5V). When on-board 115V power supply is adopted: 10A constant current



    External power supply, the voltage changes with the battery voltage;



    10. Capacity detection: when the battery capacity is lower than 40%, a low battery capacity alarm will be given; when there is no input between "28vdc input positive" and "115VAC input AC", the charge and discharge controller has capacity



    Detection function;



    11. Warning: low battery capacity (less than 40%), battery over temperature (when battery temperature exceeds 71 ℃ ± 3 ℃);



    12. It has RS422A bus communication function and communicates with power supply processor (PSP). The communication data includes battery current, battery voltage, battery capacity and battery temperature;



    13. Self check function;



    14. The testability is 85%, and the sampling error can be corrected;



    15. Maximum boundary dimension: 220mm × 140mm × 70mm;
